We collect only what you choose to send us through an inquiry form on this website: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, the tour you are interested in, and the content of your message.

If you go on to book a tour we will additionally need the information required to make the travel arrangements, such as your passport details. That is collected by email or message rather than through this website.

To answer your inquiry and, if you book, to make your travel arrangements. That is the only reason.

We share your details with the hotels, airlines, ground operators and guides needed to deliver the tour you have booked, and with nobody else.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. The embedded map on our contact page is provided by Google and may set its own cookies when it loads.

Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to two years, in case you come back to us. Booking records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@arsitours.com and we will action it.

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
