How a group tour works

A fixed departure date
Every group tour runs on set dates published a year ahead. You book onto a departure rather than designing a trip, which is what keeps the price down.

Ten to twenty travellers
Families, couples and solo travellers together. Large enough to be economical, small enough that everyone knows each other by the third day.

A tour leader throughout
Not just a local guide who meets you at each site. Our leader travels with the group for the whole tour, handles every check-in and entrance ticket, plans the day around prayer times, and is the person you call at any hour.

Everything planned in advance
Hotels, transfers, entrance fees and halal meals are all arranged before you leave home. You arrive and the trip simply happens.

Dates shown are for the tour programme. Departure from North America is usually the day before. Several of these destinations can also be arranged as a private tour on your own dates.
Joining a departure

Send us your full name as printed in your passport, your email address and your cell number.

Send a copy of your passport photo page by email, text message or WhatsApp.

We confirm availability, hold your place and send payment details.
Travelling on your own
Solo travellers are welcome and join most of our departures. You will be with a small group of people in much the same position.
If you are happy to share a room we will do our best to pair you with another solo traveller of the same gender. If you would prefer a room to yourself, the single supplement is stated on each tour page.
We never place unrelated men and women in the same room.
